We are passionate travelers with extensive professional experience in the group travel sector, especially in national and international academic trips. Since 2008, we have lived the dream of creating enriching travel experiences that connect cultures and inspire life lessons through a fun and experiential learning process.
For Ruta México, human capital is one of the most important elements of our organization, since it is the talent of those who collaborate with us, which gives our brand personality and presence. For this reason, to make our work more complete and diverse, we have a multidisciplinary team.
Our General Coordinator analyzes in detail each strategy and decision-making for the group and the company. Leaders in logistics and operations coordinate in detail every movement the group makes and supervise future destinations for our travelers.
Our Marketing and Sales leaders make up a core part of the company, as they are the ones who create innovative strategies to be at the forefront with our image in the market and serve new customers.
Our travel advisers are also an essential part of our organization as they are the face of our company and who help personalize trips and advise our clients.
During our trips we appoint group leaders who are in charge of efficiently coordinating the management of the group and our external suppliers.
We have support guides who review every detail and accompany the group of travelers at all times. Also, we invite local guides who contribute their experience and knowledge on specific topics about the destinations visited.
Paramedics and doctors also occupy a fundamental position in our trips, since they are the ones who are on the look out for our participants throughout the trip and who help in emergency situations.
Our photo and video staff have been trained to capture the best moments of our trips and make your experience memorable.
Other important members of our team are our drivers and transport operators who are responsible for taking us to our destinations in a responsible and safe way.
In our team we all share the taste for travel and the philosophy of good service that characterizes us, so we prepare meticulously so that each of our trips is perfect and so that our travelers enjoy the experience to the fullest.

The guides of Ruta Mexico are very passionate about their work. Their passion was so contagious that I volunteered to be a Ruta México guide for my sabbatical year. They don't fit in the 9th to 5 working hours. They listen to nature and their clients and prepare as much as they can. They show you how the real mexican culture is and their passion for nature and travelling. Every year I return, and every time it is unique.
