What type of trip will my children take?
Each trip is different due to the type of purpose pursued and this will depend entirely on the Teacher, Coordinator, Student Association or the Institution responsible for the program, our task is to plan the logistics, hire the services and organize all the details.
Generally, the institutions educativas are in charge of scheduling an informative meeting a few weeks or days prior to each trip, either in person or via video call to present our staff and the institutional coordinators and managers.

During these meetings, details concerning the trip are disclosed, such as the itinerary, travel schedules, general recommendations, guidelines, regulations and specifications of the trip, among other topics of equal importance. Parents together with their children can attend the informational meetings to learn important details of the trip and to dispel all their doubts.
We understand that as a parent, it is essential to know the organizers of each trip, both those involved in the logistics of the agency with which your children travel, and those involved in coordinating the experience by the school, that is why that each travel advisor will be aware of the group and will be able to provide you with all the necessary information when your child is enrolled in one of our programs.

In this sense, our advisers can provide you with all the details of the trip so that you know everything about the experience before and during the course of the trip, our advisors will be available 24 hours a day to inform you about any detail you want to know.
For any parent, it is essential to know the destination where their child is going to know this information, it is important to approach the Coordination of their academic Institution or the International Programs area to know the different travel options that we handle with each Institution, remember that the Destination is chosen according to the focus of each program.

Once you know the destination to which your child will travel, it is important to inform yourself in advance about the characteristics of the place, travel procedures, weather conditions, social customs and activities that we are going to carry out, in order to advise your child and help him prepare his bags and everything he should have ready before traveling.
The type of documents necessary for each trip depends on the destination we are going to, the age of your child and the school that organizes the trip. Each program is different, so prior to registering for the program, your Coordinator will inform you of all the necessary procedures to be able to register so that you can prepare in advance all the documents that are required. It is essential that these are in force and in order with what the laws indicate to ensure that your child can travel without problems.
Our transport options are very diverse, on some occasions, and if the trip allows it, you can buy the flight directly with the airline or agency of your choice, on other occasions, if the flight is in a group, we will give you all the information about the itself, such as schedules, airports, staff that will accompany the group during its registration, among other things.

For local travel, the most common is to use vans or buses, in large cities it is also possible to use fast means such as the metro, metrobus or train if conditions allow it or in tourist places we also like to use different options such as bicycles, trams , tuc tucs or trolleys.

For your peace of mind, it is important that you know that during the trips our staff and the program coordinators accompany your children and are attentive to them, regardless of the type of transport we use.
As we mentioned, each trip is different, if you want to know details about the place where we are going to stay and the type of occupancy of the rooms, our advisers or your Program Coordinator can provide you with this information, you can contact your travel advisor and mention the name of your child, the program in which they are enrolled and the educational institution to which they belong, with that information we will share details about their accommodation.
We have several payment dynamics, the most popular is that you make your payment directly to the school or college that organizes the trip, in other cases, when the trip is open, we will ask you to make payments directly to our authorized bank accounts, your advisor travel guide will guide you throughout the process.
Most of our experiences are private since they are carried out with educational institutions and universities, thanks to this, a large part of the procedures are carried out directly at the university, Coordination or with the help of the Teacher who is organizing said activity, if your child knows the program or Route Mexico trip in which you want to participate with pleasure our advisors can support you to register.
As you know, any activity has a risk, but at Ruta México we like to minimize these as much as possible, this is why we always consider safe locations for our stays, we investigate dangerous areas to avoid them, we always travel in groups or divide our staff to always accompany the boys.

It is forbidden for them to drink energy drinks, intoxicants or any type of drug, we do not allow any student to be alone or with suspicious people, we schedule itineraries to have a full schedule and out of distractions for the children. In addition we are all the time aligned with the policies and regulations of the Colleges and / or Universities to coordinate in the best way.
One of our priorities is the safety of each of our participants, for this reason, our staff has training in first aid, we also consider essential the management of a well-equipped first aid kit in case of any incident, however minor it may seem, either from a headache to a fracture and thus be able to act on the spot. We also include private medical service in case the group requires it.
Most of our experiences have insurance for major medical expenses to act quickly in the event of any type of claim and to always be on the alert. There are cases in which the University or the Coordinator that organizes the activity prefers to use the medical insurance of the School or University to that of Ruta México, the important thing is that your children continue to be insured.

To guarantee your peace of mind and give you the best experience, before and during the trip, we are available to answer all your questions and to advise you throughout the planning, registration and development process of the program, do not hesitate to contact us.
